I fell in love with this card when I saw it on Pinterest. You can see the original here.The thing that excited me the most was the 2"x2" pieces with the words. This paper was made by the card maker himself. So, I did the same by typing "celebrate yourself" repeatedly on a piece of generic cardstock. I did the same with the sentence "it's your day." The possibilities of this technique are endless! It would be awesome to use fun fonts and colors with the recipient's name, for example.
I used the Stampin' Up! stamp set called Sketched Birthday. All images were stamped on Whisper White cardstock and colored with Stampin' Write markers. The card base was Basic Black. The smaller picture shows how I finished off the inside.
